How long does shipping take?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.

What if my package is delayed?
Occasionally, international shipments can experience delays due to customs or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can update it. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address.

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. How do I request a return or replacement?
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will confirm whether a refund or replacement can be approved.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll do our best to arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method.
