Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on your location. During high-demand periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. The price shown at checkout is the final price — there are no hidden fees.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package. Please note that tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Occasionally, international shipments may experience delays due to customs or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team and we’ll assist you.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will either resend your order free of charge or issue a full refund.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once the order has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change the address.
