Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. If there's something wrong with your order — for example it arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item — contact us at velora.onlineco@gmail.com and we'll take a look and let you know how we can help.

To start a return, contact us at velora.onlineco@gmail.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: Helsinki, Finland. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item arrived, you're entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Contact us at velora.onlineco@gmail.com with photos of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
