Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

Refunds or replacements are usually accepted if there is a problem with the order, such as:

• a defective item
• a damaged package
• receiving the wrong product

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. Our team will review your request and confirm whether a refund or replacement can be approved.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once a refund has been approved, it is usually processed within 2–5 business days back to your original payment method.
